Inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt even if you don't have plans to use it right away. If the shipping carrier has damaged an item please notify us immediately. Do not attempt to start a claim with UPS or USPS as they will direct you to contact the shipper instead. If all possible please take some photos as we will need those to expedite a claim. Keep the item just as you received it. Do not install the product and do not discard the box or packaging. Carriers will typically pick up the product from you once a claim is filed and we can make arrangements to get you a replacement.
