Return & Exchange Policies & Guidelines
30 Day Returns
To make either a return or exchange please contact us within 30 days of receipt to obtain a return authorization number. Once an authorization number is issued return your items within the next 14 days. Return requests made past 30 days of receipt will be refused. A refund will be given for the purchase price of your items if they are returned in brand new condition. Note that a 20% restocking fee may be applied to your return, or in extreme circumstances be refused altogether if items are not returned in new condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless there is a shipping error on our part, the product arrives damaged, or it is mispackaged from the manufacturer. The original shipping charges on your order are not refundable unless it falls under those same conditions. Shipping costs incurred from any refused shipments will be the responsibility of the consumer.
- Any and all electrical parts, fluids and tools are NOT returnable for any reason.
- Items that are used, test fitted, previously installed or not in completely new condition may not be returned.
Exchanges
Unless a reason for the exchange is due to a shipping error on our part, you will be responsible for shipping costs for the return and the replacement item.
Product Damage or Missing Components
Inspect your items for damage or is missing components immediately upon receipt. Notify us as soon as possible but no more than 30 days after receiving your items. We cannot provide assistance if damage or missing components are not reported within 30 days.
College Hills Honda is not responsible for damage done to parts or vehicles during or after installation. To help avoid potential issues please make sure the parts you are ordering pertain to your vehicle and that you follow installation instructions carefully. Do not attempt installations that are beyond your skill level. Have those items installed by a trained Honda technician.
Prepare Your Return - IMPORTANT!
Items are to be in brand new, unused condition and sent back exactly how they were received.
*DO NOT cross out or remove red Honda Part Number Labels. These labels must be visible and intact.
*DO NOT write directly on the packaging. Write on a piece of paper and tape it to the box instead.
*DO include all hardware. Any applicable hardware must be unopened and accompany your return.
*DO make sure that all protective packing is in place and that all items are properly protected for transit.
*DO insure your returned items. We cannot refund for items that are damaged or lost during transit.
*DO include a copy of your receipt. This will identify who we need to provide a refund to.
